This studio is on the first floor at the first building of the accommodation. Its balcony overlooks the communal garden patio and the second building of the accommodation. The studio is towards the west.
Next to it, there is a communal veranda with beautiful sea view, which can be use by our customers whenever they like.

Deposit Policy
A deposit is generally charged. You are requested to pay the total amount of the reservation when checking-in.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, a deposit is not returned.
